Sleeping Beauty turquoise is prized for its consistent, vibrant robin's egg to sky-blue color with minimal to no matrix (webbing), superior hardness for turquoise, and natural stability, making it highly desirable for jewelry, though the famous Arizona mine closed in 2012, increasing its rarity and value. Its pure, clear blue hue comes from its formation in copper-rich soil, offering a smooth texture and distinct beauty.  

Earl Plummer is a Navajo silversmith from Thoreau, New Mexico. His jewelry is hand fabricated from quality materials. With that said, he believes that jewelry should be genuine, unique, and authentic. Earl began creating jewelry when he was thirteen years old. He learned the craft from his family relatives. In the beginning, his design was simple and straightforward. His work mainly focused on small items like rings, pendants, and bracelets. Likewise, he showcased at local markets rather than large markets. Now, Earl is honored to showcase his work in well-known markets like the Santa Fe Indian Market and the Heard Museum Market. Over the years, his design has immensely evolved. Ultimately, Earl created new designs like the wave and made bolder pieces like squash blossoms.
